Maybe it is a typo, because as I remember the definition of FTP is for 60 minutes even if the tests to estimate it can be either of 20 minutes (*95%) or of 30 minutes (*97,5%).
Critical Power is a steady state power-duration threshold, while FTP is a 30mn power-duration metric.
