Hi!
New to the forums and the garmin ecosystem. As per the tiltle, i got a garmin 6x Pro/Sapphire and it works great and syncs to Garmin Connect. I also got a HRM Pro which works well in sync with the watch and the app.
The issue arises at work when i cant use the watch, the HRM syncs all the data to Garmin Connect, however some data (steps, active minutes) are not syncing FROM Garmin Connect TO the watch.
Is that a known issue or do i have a syncing problem? Should i replace the HRM? or is the fault from the watch?
