PowerBeats Pro Wireless (Bluetooth Headphones) Dropout

Since pretty much the purchase of my Fenix 6 Pro I have battled issues with bluetooth headphones dropping out or just not connecting at all. Mainly the Jaybird Visa, but then I tried a new headphone (Powerbeats Pro Wireless) and found more consistency with the connection and minimal drop outs. It still happened but not 5+ times during an activity as had previous with the Jaybird Vista. 

However, my lucky streak is over. Maybe since the software update to 15.20, however I'm not 100% sure, the Powerbeats pro are now dropping out after 5 seconds of being connected. This happens consistently 10+ times and after that I give up. First the music stops playing after 5 seconds and will not respond. The Fenix still thinks the headphones are connected but the headphones indicate they are not as all the controls become unresponsive.

Ironically, I purchased the Fenix so that I could listen to music on it independently without my phone. Anyone got any solutions?
