Fenix 6x Pro buckle problem and small dust particles under the screen?

Hey guys I have now had my watch for about 4 days and I have already encountered many problems:

Sony wf-1000xm3 isn't supported, I guess it's my fault to presume it should have worked, being Bluetooth an all.. ow well I solved this by selling them and buying "Bose SoundSport Free wireless headphones", ones which seem to be working good. (Yes I love the watch this much, I want to make it work!)
The buckle! I had to take it off as it was making me feel sick with the amount of 'digging in', it done to my wrist. Do you guys have any recommendations for a buckle free version? I cannot find one I am comfortable buying online. I want to hear some feedback from some of you.
Particles under the screen or something else? I am not sure how to get it out, I have tried hard to get my finger to the side, my cloth etc.. nothing works.

I had a similar problem with the buckle, hooking in, right on the tendon. My solution was the Garmin nylon band which has a flatter profile on the buckle and sits more uniformly on my inner wrist. Not a cheap solution though, but I expect it'll be my long term one.

The glass doesn't quite go to the edge, so those particles are probably on the edge. Give it a rinse and see if they shift

For the buckle issue, try switching the sides of the band around. This will likely cause the buckle to land in a different location and may not dig in the same way. I had to do this with a different watch strap where the buckle was in a very uncomfortable location.

Just to clarify, the buckle on the nylon band has a much lower profile, because of the inline way it is attached to the band, and as a result sits flatter on the wrist because of this mechanic. If you are splashing this cash on the new watch to work for you then that's what did it for me! I was struggling before.
