Low Aerobic shortage

Hi morning,

I was wondering if I could have some advice, please. I have been training and now the Load Focus on my Fenix is saying I have a low aerobic shortage. I was wondering how I go about achieving this? I went for a recovery ride this morning in the garage my Intensity Minutes went up, however, the low aerobic part of load focus didn't. Any ideas what I should be aiming for to make this move, for example, HR-focused zone or excises to do, as I thought my recovery ride would have made it move.
