CAN HEART RATE ZONES AND HEART RATE BE COMBINED ON THE CHART?

This is better asked in any of the Garmin Connect forums but to save you some time; No it can't. That is one of the features I miss. To be honest Garmin Connect is not the platform for analyzing your data :-(

First of all I wan't to make clear that my answer was my interpretation of one of the features Yilmaz asked for and may be wrong :-)

Both yes and no; First of all it is a data field and not something shown when analyzing afterwards and secondly I prefer the way of showing the zones as it is in my picture (which is a horizontal colouring instead of a vertical). 

The interesting of showing a combination of zones and the heart rate graph is that you can analyze for how long you stayed in a zone for a consecutive time.

yes, it's a datafield and it helps you to visualise and control or etc your effort on the bike (like during the cycle leg of a tri). With regards to the way the zones being vertical or horizontal, i actually prefer the vertical one. anyways, to each their own.

anyways, this isn't something available in GC but is there in some other webs I presume. 

This was as I wanted.This kind of graphics is available in some apps ... even training effect is calculated according to the time spent in the regions.

Yes, that is what I have in Runalyze (but unfortunately I can't customize the colours). I previously used Polar and I guess your screen shot comes from Polar Flow. They do it really nice.
