Connection Issues

Is anyone having issues keeping your watch connected to your phone? I have to restart my watch and or phone to keep them paired. I have the Fenix 6 Pro and Note10+. The phone shows the watch is connected to bluetooth but Garmin Connect won't pick up the watch as connected.

Hi, talked to Garmin Sweden support yesterday about my gps problem only, got an answer that I have to do a master reset and if the problem persists then they will exchange my Fenix 6pro so that’s all good…

In the last one and a half monthI have had no issue between my F6 Sapphire and OnePlus 6T. The connection is very stable

But, I suspect that your Note10+ is running Android 10?!? My OP6t is running Android 9. Maybe there is something linked to this android version or, if you have Apple OS.

same here with fenix 6X and iphone XS. GCM seems to be connected to the watch, but does not sync or anything.

i have the feeling that this may be GCM related (at least for me). the connection hasn't been perfect all the time, but since the latest update (the past few days) i have to reconnect (restarting the watch and/or bluetooth) several times a day.

I think I have the problems since the upgrade in 4.20 because everything worked properly before and I did not update IOS on my iPhone

same issue for me. Fenix 6 pro and ios 13.2 on iphone...i have to reconnect them several times a day and the notifications are not working...

Same for me..Fenix 6 pro and iphone x on ios 13. The connection is totally unstable and notification on watch does not work at all.

Android 9 is newest version. After yesterday´s update on 4.20 everything works smoothly on My Samsung S10e as it was before, both wifi and BT connection.

yes i have followed all those steps and the problem remains. I have updated to 4.20 but nothing has changed.

Since then I believe GC has had at least two updates on IOS. After the first update that seemed to correct the problem for me. It just automatically reconnects now. I also have a Note 10 plus, just not with me at the moment, but will try it with that later.
