Epix Pro Sapphire Screen is black, and I can't get it to turn on

I woke up and my watch was working fine.

At some point, my screen turned off. It would still vibrate with notifications, and if I pushed buttons, there was feedback, but the screen remained black.

I tried to reset by powering off and then powering on.

I tried to hold all the buttons, power on, wait for the beep, release the start, and then release the others when it beeped again...NOTHING.

Trying tp avoid using a hammer...any help would be excellent!!

You don't need to push all buttons, just push light button until the watch is off, you will feel a vibration, then wait 30sec and then push again the light button 2 secs , whats the firmware of the watch? 23.18?

Thanks got the reply. I tried that, I tried everything that any forum suggested and still nothing. Our like the screen died, but the watch is only 2 years old.

Thank you for the response. I did reach out to Garmin, they had me do a couple of different reset things, but none of them worked.

Put your watch away over night and see, if tomorrow something has changed. I have had this some time ago and over night there was a 'wake up' and my watch was in the restart mode ... it's a try worth ...
