Extreme Lag Spikes on 23.18 - Epix Pro

Hi, so my watch (Garmin Epix Pro Gen 2) was automatically updated to 23.18 yesterday and since the update i'm experiencing extreme lag spikes in the software. Sometimes the watchface takes 20-30 seconds to "wake" up from gesture. Navigating the Settings / UI also lags every 5-10 seconds for about 2-3 full seconds, where the screen just freezes.

I already rebooted several times, deleted all activity. I tried to do a factory reset, but cant even do one as it shows a notice "Device is fully occupied. Please try again later"

Does anybody else experienced this issue as well, and if yes, are there any simple fixes i have not thought of?

Will this restore also ConnectIQ apps and settings? I also have the lag but am severely dreading the need to reconfigure everything. I have some sports with specific ConnectIQ datafields

@kdeweerd So i made a reset and used the backup function, the settings are all fully resored, for connect iQ i dont know though, as i dont use any apps from it.

Not only laggy, but it just crashed/rebooted on me as it got stuck vibrating (but not displaying) as a result of a notification on the phone

Has anyone reverted back to 22.06?

This update has ruined my watch. It no longer stays connected to my phone, has all kinds of lag issues, etc. It wouldn't even start up properly last night when I tried to fix it by rebooting. I did a factory reset... it simply won't work properly. The Apple Watch Ultra 3 is looking pretty good at this point.

I just did, watch was basically useless. The lag is gone, setting everything up was easy thanks to a Backup. So far it running like it should on 22.06.
