Apologies if this is already covered somewhere but it is doing my head in
I have a new Epix 2 Pro sapphire 51 - love it apart from..
when playing music ( via Spotify on watch) - on a run or walk ( only ones tested so far) it works fine that for the first approx. 7 mins it starts stuttering to the point where it plays about 1 second of music at a time - after another similar period of time - it starts playing fine again - and then you've guessed it another 7 mins goes to *** again.
I have tried the following
with HR strap and without - no difference
Have accessed the secret BLE meu and tried adaptive / 1mb / 2 mb - no difference
updated software - no difference
headphones are cheapish Soundcore.
software version 22.06
I read somewhere that its a CPU issue on some models and only solution is new watch - but really dornt want to go through that if I can avoid it.
