HR not show when using cheststrap

When I use my HRM-Pro with mu Epix Gen 2, it won't show my HR, but only ---

Any ideas how to fix?

Possible reasons: dry electrodes, damaged / broken conductors in the strap, bad battery contact,...

You can also try connecting the strap to an app like for example Strava - if it cannot read the HR data…

I have changed the battery and it connest fine, and show good battery status

Possible reasons: dry electrodes, damaged / broken conductors in the strap, bad battery contact,...

You can also try connecting the strap to an app like for example Strava - if it cannot read the HR data, and wetting the electrodes, or bending the battery contacts does not help, then you will probably need a replacement.
