I realized that there are not enough information to customers related to my later issue. I bought this watch about 8 months ago and realized that while swimming, the watch is clearly hallucinating when it comes to counting lanyards in a pool. If you change speed, overpass someone or change your swimming style, don't rely on it. Moreover, right after my 3 km swim, the Down stopped working properly. It blocked, scrolled down all the time and at one point, stopped working.
I contacted the support team and get a clear answer: issues occurring with the contact of water are not covered by the two years insurance.
I "waterproof" watch, that goes "100 meter deep" and cost over 1.000€ cannot survive a 1h swim and is not covered by insurance!? This is not okay.
After seeing this post, I understood that I was in a bad position. One week later, the watch FINALLY went back to normal, and I'm relieved, but for how long?
