Offline Music after Update 21.19

After updating the OS on the Epix Pro, there is no longer an option to play my offline music stored on my watch. It only gives me Spotify or Prime Music options and the offline “My Music” option is gone.

Anyone know how I can re enable My Music??

    Still on mine. I did lose amazon music and had to reinstall it.

    Have you tried a hard reboot (long pressing the light button - left top- until the watch turns off; keep holding the button - the menu control and then assistance request will pop up - ignore those - keep pressing in the button until the watch turns off.

    If that fails maybe a factory restore and or contact garmin support.
