Hello, I cannot change the volume setting on my watch. The volume does not increase. My software version is 21.19. Can you provide a solution to this issue?

Actually, if I need to give a little more detail about the problem, the watch headphone connection is successful, sound is coming to the headphones, but the volume does not go above the middle level, as if there is sound protection.

I did some of what you said, like restarting, but the result is the same.

but there is no statement like "reinstall" after entering the "about" menu and pressing it about eight times!…

I found "reinstall" and did it. This time I paired it with AirPods. But the volume up on the watch still doesn't work! The GUI is not responding. This was working before, why can't we fix this?

On an Epix and same problem. Volume unable to be changed and stuck just below half.

hope this gets resolved soon as I have my first half marathon race in 2 weeks and dont want to miss out on having my playlist…

Same problem here with Beats Fit Pro. Volume settings will not increase using buttons. If I set the screen to 'Touch' mode I get touch haptic feedback but still no change of volume.

I have re-installed 21.19 as suggested. No luck. I do get haptic feedback using touch when pressing the + and - volume controls on screen. I get no feedback when using the watch buttons. Volume is stuck at around 50% which may be where it was last set.

I have beats fit pro too. I connected them to my phone and changed the button setting from sound control (noise cancelling wtc) to volume control and that works with the watch to control volume, but lost ability to toggle between sound setting obviously. Admin sent me private message to look at my device and settings so hopefully they look into it.

I usually use AirPods but am awaiting their return after stupidly leaving them on a plane. My wife has the Beats, so that is what I was using. I noticed that ChatGPT said to change the buttons to volume as they do not natively work with Garmin volume controls unless you do that. But, I found this thread shortly after and assumed it was just a Garmin issue.

Were you able to control the volume via the watch previously? Even when set to sound control rather than volume?
