duathlon record

Hi all. I am new here to the garmin forum

just bought Epix Pro last week and I paticipated a Duathlon competition yesterday.

the warm-up running with normal running mode had been recorded on Epix and showed at garmin connect app, but the duathlon race had been recorded on Epix but not at garmin connect app, even website either.

still exist on my Epix.

I just remembered it was recorded with auto lap mode.

from asking AI, it says my Duathlon FIT file has an error.

I don't know how i can fix it.

I wondered if anyone can assist.

so frustrating and I wondered if anyone had come same issue?

Try running the fit file through FIT File Viewer: Runs in the browser and is able to fix files in a lot of cases. Then download the repaired file and import it into Garmin Connect Web. If that doesn't work…

i tried a FIT file of Epix to upload to the Garmin connect on PC.

it shows an error.

Try running the fit file through FIT File Viewer: Runs in the browser and is able to fix files in a lot of cases. Then download the repaired file and import it into Garmin Connect Web. If that doesn't work, zip the file, then attach it to a reply post. We'll give it a try.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

it is fixed through FIT File Viewer. i uploaded fixed fit file to Garmin connect web and also strava web too.
