Map manager express and golf courses updates sync fails

Hi all,

I’ve got something annoying going on. If I use map manager on Garmin express it says all maps are up to date.

If I open map manager on my watch it says a golf course is update able and I can add queue and it sync fails when I activate download (when connected to power supply).

Ive already “reinstalled” all 3 golf courses in map manager on express but it doesn’t change it. Which takes a long time btw because you have to reconnect the watch after every reinstall. 

restarting the watch also doesn’t change anything. 

This “buggy 2005 software” is really annoying me.

How do I fix this without doing a hard reset with losing all data and settings?

please help! Also Garmin team please report this bug!
