How to start activity without adding it to favourites?

Just bought watch and i don't know how to start activity without adding it to favourites.

Tutorials shows some old version of software. Menu doesn't look like that when i press start/stop.

After pressing Start/Stop, scroll down until you see the activity you want.

As @gaijin said and second, read the manual.
It is described there with many other functions watch you just bought.
