ECG on Epix Pro Gen 2

I have a 2 month old Epix Pro Gen 2 Sapphire that had the ECG app right out of the box. In fact, I see older ECG test results in Connect. Now, the ECG app is missing. Any suggestions?

Solved. Delete the watch from Connect, delete the Connect app from the phone, reinstall the Connect app, reconnect the watch, go through First Time Use. Unfortunately, no where does Garmin suggest to do this…

Same fix here a while ago. Very annoying.
