Wrong (High) heart rate during sleep results in a bad sleep score

My Epix gen 2 Pro is probably giving the wrong (high) heart rate during the night.

My normal heart rate during rest/sleep is an avg of 30/35 bpm (I run 6 times a week).

But my Epix tells me that there are long periods  around 80 bpm (picture).

I'm also wearing a WhoopTm and that gives me completly other results (picture).

So, some of the two devices has to be wrong and I'm feeling ok. I think there is a problem with the optical heart rate sensor.

I'm 16 years old and not drinking alcohol and I'm a profesional athlete.

Can somebody Help me with this issue please?
