My watch crashed during my recent run. When it restarted, I finished and saved the activity. When I try to “Download HR Data” from my HRM-Pro+, the watch says “Downloading HR Data” and then crashes/restarts again. Any way around this? Thank you.

Thanks, I also realized that something was wrong. 
And yes, it also worked for me well for a long time, just not yesterday. I replaced the battery in the strap ( though there was no indication earlier that the battery would be low) and was hoping to be able to recover my HR data. It seems this won’t be possible.
