Which GPS watch for Hiking?

I want to be able to record a hike (NOT a RUN) 1-way (Breadcrumbs/Track?) - then use watch to return along the same path.

Recommendations as Hiking doesn't seem to be an activity? - do you use Hunting?

Will any of these watches interface with the Garmin Rino 755t?

Not only Epix 2, but practically all other multisport Garmin watches have the Hiking activity. You can also record your hike with any other activity profile available on your device, and then change the type to Hiking in Garmin Connect.

II am not familiar with that device, but did not find any reference to any interface for watches in its specs or manual. However, they both sync to Garmin Connect, so you can review the data from both devices there.

Yeah, I don't know if they are meant to talk to each other per say... but I always like having a "backup" or secondary capability in case there are issues with the main device.
