Ok I have had an Epix gen 2 for a year or so, changed to a new iPhone, and I cannot generate a PIN code to connect, tried everything including delete and re download the app etc. it recognises the phone but just will not pair, help appreciated

Hi, did you follow this ?
I agree with socorsu and would add that before you try a new pair, make sure your watch is deleted from your iPhone's list of Bluetooth devices.
