 Would we ever get a good nap detection,  Strength Coach and a fasting glance on this more than 1000 euros smart watch? would be nice to see that Garmin is looking after their customer!

    An Epix Gen 2 cost at the moment less than 500 Euro.

    When you have bought yours where you looking for these specific features? If yes, why have you purchased it and not another watch?

    What exactly should do the fasting glance do? Can't you simply use one of the available Connect IQ apps? (see https://apps.garmin.com/search?keywords=fasting)

    I just checked on the official website, my watch cost 1049.99.  
    Because of the reviews of the fan boys, they forget to mention that basic features like a nap detection is not working and they fail to mention that Garmin doesn’t care about their customers and a premium product has so many flaws.

    • I been using one from Connect IQ and is crashing my watch. I have bad experience with some apps from there. That’s another minus added to this watch. 
      not to mention that after you pay 1049.99 for a premium product after a year your premium watch is not that premium and they don’t even bring or update elemental features!

    Unfortunately I cannot help more that that. Finally even the most premium Marq 2 watches costing over 3k € do not have the features you require. And I doubt it will change much in future - Naps are available, but apparently Garmin is unable to make them any better (at least not any time soon); the Strength Coach does not seam to be compatible with the UI on older models; and Fasting is a typical niche feature suitable for 3rd party CIQ apps.

    If you are really unsatisfied with what your watch offers, the best would be selling it, and buying another watch that already offers all of it out of the box. In your place I would not rely on your watch to be retrofitted in future with of all the functionality you wish. Some of it may perhaps improve once in the future, but there is no guarantee. However, if you want giving Garmin some feedback, I recommend suggesting the improvements you wish, to Garmin at Share Ideas | Garmin
