I am experiencing an issue with incoming call notifications on my Garmin Epix Pro (Gen 2) watch, running software version 19.34.
Specifically, the watch does not display notifications for incoming cellular voice calls from my smartphone. Other types of notifications, such as messages, alerts, and events, are working perfectly and display without any issues.
My watch is synced with a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Out of curiosity, I tested syncing the watch with an iPhone, and the incoming call notifications displayed perfectly on the watch screen in that setup.
Additionally, I’ve spoken with other Garmin Epix Pro (Gen 2) users on the same software version (19.34). Those who have their watches synced with Android smartphones are experiencing the exact same issue with incoming call notifications not appearing.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue?
