Issue with Incoming Call Notifications on Garmin Epix Pro (Gen 2)

Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with incoming call notifications on my Garmin Epix Pro (Gen 2) watch, running software version 19.34.

Specifically, the watch does not display notifications for incoming cellular voice calls from my smartphone. Other types of notifications, such as messages, alerts, and events, are working perfectly and display without any issues.

My watch is synced with a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Out of curiosity, I tested syncing the watch with an iPhone, and the incoming call notifications displayed perfectly on the watch screen in that setup.

Additionally, I’ve spoken with other Garmin Epix Pro (Gen 2) users on the same software version (19.34). Those who have their watches synced with Android smartphones are experiencing the exact same issue with incoming call notifications not appearing.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

Hi, i have Huawei(Android 10) and on my Epix pro 47 with sw 19.34, the call notifications works normal.

The issue was resolved in an almost laughably simple way. It turns out that for anyone whose Garmin watch isn’t displaying incoming call notifications, all you need to do is restart your smartphone. :-)))

Problem is the issue re-appears after some time (at least for me).
