I have an issue with my garmin epix pro 47 mm and (though I am very pleased with Garmin's pro-active approach as they: sent new watch pins, a new band and even in the end replaced the watch entirely) the problem remains and it seems that garmin is out of ideas, so I am turning here.
I've experimented with both 3rd party bands and original garmin bands (as in the video). Sadly, the garmin bands rattle the most.
The issue occurs only when the bands are connected to the watchpins (ie. if the watchband is removed, all is quite and as it should).
I just don't understand how it can be that a watch of this price point keeps rattling / vibrating.
Perhaps my wrist is not thick enough (even if it meets the recommended size for the epix 47 mm.
Even when tighthening the watchstrap beyond what is comfortable doesn't fully solve this...
I had a 6S before and never experienced this...
It's silly that I can't get over it perhaps, but it really disturbs me and the whole idea of a silent alarm or silent notifications... well, it's simply not silent.
It gives the watch a cheap sound / feel to it...*
I'd really like to keep the watch and use it as intended (ie. with the vibration and notifications on).
Any ideas?
