My garmin epix 2 stop start button rubs against my wrist bone causing a nasty sore. I have swapped it to the opposite wrist to see if this stops the problem.

It also helps to wear the watch on the other wrist during sleep. Gives your wrist a chance to recover from daily wear.
It’s being worn too low. Move it at least two finger widths above the wrist bone.
Buy a different, more elastic and longer wristband. Or use a HRM chest strap and keep the watch in the pocket.

My forearm is to thick for that. And it slips down while running.

Similar issue for me but it’s the sharp edge of the case removing the surface of the skin. Tried varying tightness but no joy. Revert back to my 945 for long runs, which sucks having paid to upgrade. For shorter runs I put a small elastoplast on the damaged area but that cones off in heavy rain or on ultras.
