How do i delete music from my Garmin Epix Gen 2 watch

Strange. Does anything appear in the other categories? All my songs appear where you currently have highlighted but clearly yours are not there. 

Often times when I import podcasts from my Library to the watch it puts them in random locations so check everywhere. Once I find them I delete them using Express and then they disappear from the watch (well, usually it is indeed a bit buggy). 

All the other categories are empty/blank. I am at a total loss?? Thanks for your help though.

This does sound like a bug, but there is another way to look at the contents of your watch using your Mac (and hopefully delete any songs that you want to).

1) Download and install OpenMTP: openmtp.ganeshrvel.com/

2) Close Garmin Express

3) Run OpenMTP. You should see the contents of your Garmin, as a list of files and folders.

4) Navigate to the Music folder. Hopefully all your music will be here.

Just to double-check, you did initially load the music using Garmin Express, right , and not Spotify or something like that? If so, I would def consider this a bug.

I have the exact same issue .. I can confirm I loaded my music via Garmin express on a Mac from itunes.. even if I resync it, copy it, it doesn't display as installed to delete 

Yes i did load it from my Mac, I have just plugged my watch into an older PC laptop that does not have Garmin connect installed and the laptop installed the watch as a mass storage device. I was then able to navigate to the music folder and delete the music i no longer want on the watch. When i plugged the watch back into my mac with Garmin connect installed, i can see that around 5-600mb of music has gone and i have gained capacity back, but still no tracks or albums are showing. A work around i guess but not quite what i expect from Garmin :-(

Saying that i have just installed an update to Garmin express and now my music files are showing, i wonder if that is a fix or a glitch, ill keep an eye on it over the next few days and report back

You can use openmtp on your mac to do the same thing. (Just completely exit Garmin Exprses first)
