Enable to pair my Epix pro since 2 days

Hi,

My Epix 2 pro can’t pair with my IPhone since 2 days.

It is the same with my Epix 2.

Have you got informations of a problem of pairing between Epix and iPhone?

    I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. For this, there are a few initial steps I would recommend trying. 

    • Ensure the phone is on the latest SW Version 18.16. This can be updated using Garmin Express. 
    • Ensure the watch is not is battery saver mode. Menu, Power Manager, Battery Saver, ensure this is disabled. 
    • Ensure the phone's OS is on the latest version.

    For pairing, I would recommend first trying these steps: 

    1. Uninstall the Connect Mobile app
    2. Clear the phone cache and history
    3. Ensure the watch does not appear in the phone's Bluetooth menu. If it is, please remove the device
    4. Powercycle the watch and phone. To do this, hold the Light button until this shuts off. Then power on again
    5. Reinstall the Connect Mobile app
    6. Try the pairing again ( Be sure there are no other Bluetooth enabled device nearby)

    To try pairing again, sign into the Connect app. Place the watch in pairing mode. Allow the app to walk you through the pairing. 

    If there is not change, I would next recommend using these steps to complete a factory reset. 

    1. Ensure the watch is powered off.
      • You may need to hold LIGHTfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
    2. Press and hold BACK and START/STOP.
    3. Press LIGHT to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
    4. After the first beep release START/STOP.
    5. After the second beep release the remaining button.

  • Mine Epix pro cant pair with Mac via USB for the last month or two. What should I do?
