I've been using it for almost a year now, and they're not doing anything about the laggy menu. My friend gave up on Fenix and switched to Apple because of these system lags. I'm still using it, too, hoping that things will change. And then I'll think about where to go.

What did Garmin Support say when you contacted them?
reset to factory settings. or maybe you have something else installed in the watch and so on. My friend doesn't understand this and he doesn't want to be a tester for Garmin, so he sold it and bought another one
Garmin-Laurie replied me back via private message that the lag does not exist can you believe that ?
This determination was made based on the video you provided, of what you were experiencing. Our engineers determined that your watch is performing as expected.

the determination was not performed at a technical level since the video it's showing clearly what is lag, and Garmin-Laurie other did the same video with same issues and you & support don't want to acknowledge this issues
to send a video- did that--and waited 3 weeks or more to tell that the watch has no lag..and it's ok

Garmin is still open to investigating concerns with anyone experiencing lagging. However they are looking for specific examples, where the lagging can be seen clearly. These will be reviewed, along with any specifics of your experience. For this, if you are having this issue, please feel free to contact me via Private message.
