Losing connection with my phone after version 18.x or IOS 18 update

Since de last update(s) i keep losing the connection to my iPhone(13)

Almost every morning I need to reconnect my Epix with my iPhone. Most of the times I need to enable the phone connection on my watch but today its even worse: the watch indicates that it is connected to the phone and that i need to open the connect app, on my phone bluetooth is connected to my Epix but the connect app does not synchronize, it says that the Epix is not connected.

In that case I needed to killing the connect app and start it again to regain connection

Either its due to the new Epix software version 18.x updates or it is because of the IOS 18 update I dont know which one but this is a very annoying issue.

Do others experience same issues?
