Endurance score stuck

About a 1-2 weeks ago, my Endurance Score dropped significantly and has remained stable despite an increase in my exercise during that same period. I don't expect to see a significant increase in score as a result of my recent increase in exercise, but my Endurance Score is lower than its average for the last few months even though my volume is on average higher. It almost seems stuck. I'm running 18.14 and IIRC the update to this new software version seems to coincide generally with the change in my Endurance Score.

Mine stuck totally for about 2-3 weeks. 5 trainings weekly with HR belt

Not only is your score stuck, it seems you got a very sudden increased score just before it got stuck..... SW update at that time? Have you done the usual resets that is possible?

I haven't noticed any updates. Have rebooted the watch and even did that with my phone and the GC app.

I rebooted watch and connect to pc via usb cable and made synchronization with connect app on PC. I don't want to made factory reset because of hrv data on my watch

Same here. After 2 month break due to medical isues, I got back to training and I've been working out consistently since 1,5 months. Nice, balanced workouts from strenght, tempo and base workouts. No change to my endurance score like it;s stuck (one day it actually dropped by 1 point.) Acute load shows high and HRV is balanced. Training is in productive range most of the time. So all works well except the endurance score, which doesn't change at all since weeks. is that a glitch or some settings that changed after the update that can be fixed? i also rebooted my phone, have the latest update and tried to change and play with settings. None helped.

Mine too and what I can say: This is the most misleading metrics that I have seen so far in any sport wearable. Give yourself a favour and ignore it completely.

In my experience, endurance score correlates with VO2 max as Garmin states in their description of the metric. This makes sense but does render it a bit redundant.

However, I do find it brutally honest and useful to compare myself with really in shape folks as I'm happy with simply staying in the 'Trained' category. I find it very difficult to go higher than a score of 6000 but that, again, makes sense since I haven't had huge VO2 max gains.

I'm not training for anything so I'm happy where I am. I'll report back if I really push myself for a prolonged period, which I honestly see the potential to increase my endurance score as a result to be motivating.

I have a different experience.

My vo2max is constantly going up (strong upward slope) and my endurance score is constantly going down.

I run 4-6 times per week, including long runs.

When I do too many long runs, the 'endurance score' algorithm doesn't care that I can go for hours, thus have 'endurance', and will continue to decrease. But when I throw in *one* single sprints session (anaerobic), no matter how short, the endurance score will go up. So for example if I'm doing a 22km run today it goes down, but after a 5k sprints session (including warm-up and Cool-Down) it will go up...
