No smart notifications with 18.14 and ios18

All working fine last week but not now! Hr alerts and sunset work fine. Spoken with Garmin and Apple. Both blame the other!

tried resetting Epix twice and deleting Connect, remove watch then add again but no joy. Anyone else?

Ok, worked it out! Apparently if you set WhatsApp and mail to open after FaceID, notifications for those apps don’t work.

Check your settings in your connect app. I had the same problem after updating ( but using Android) and discovered smart notifications were turned off.

All correct. It seems everything is correct but still it doesn’t work.

IOS 18 has just been released.

Since when EXACTLY has it stopped working for you? Did it still work with IOS 18?

If it worked with IOS 17 but no longer works with IOS 18, Apple is probably your point of contact.
