Epix pro gen 2 flashlight not working

I have just purchased an Epix Gen 2 Pro and the flashlight does not work. Is this a common thing or is there any remedies? Thanks

but do you press 2 times the light button or you open the torch or strobo app?

The start/stop button is red or black?
