If someone could help me that would be great! I have an issue with installing Spotify! After going on Garmin express, after receiving a EPIX gen 2, I updated my watch to the latest software. However, when I check Garmin connect again, it says I need to instal the latest version. And I already have! Here is footage:
Have you try all the possible way to install, Garmin Connect IQ Store on mobile and from the Web ?
Have do a force stop on your watch ? Sync your watch with GC or GE before :- long press Upper Left button…
I had a smiliar problem and trhe only way to solve it at that time was to hard-reset the watch. Not saysing you need to do that now, maybe someone has a much more elegant solution but it might be good…
