I just bought an Epix gen 2 pro 47mm. I am having all sorts of issues with wifi whilst attempting to download maps and music. I am on software version 17.28.
It took about 6 or 7 attempts to download a spotify playlist. Each time it would get to X percent, and freeze. The device, whilst plugged into power, would go blank, and sometimes restart, sometimes not, requiring long presses of the light button to restart.
I am now trying to download topoactive maps for Europe. It seems to be really struggling. It is connected to wifi, power, but gets to a particular point and the device shots down. It is now plugged into power, and stuck on a battery charging screen.
Flagging in case anyone has any suggestions, and for info for Garmin.
