Voice direction during run

Hello everyone, since 15.77 version , the watch should give the direction(vocal) to take during the planned route. However, I can't get this function. I have the notification on the screen with a sound but I don't have the voice indication whether it's running or cycling.
Is this normal?

So you do use a headphone connected with the watch or connected to phone?

Mostly no issues here, but I occasionally find when playing Spotify from the phone that the voice messages stop after a while, but if I pause the music, I get a bunch of them all together, as if they were cached waiting to play. No issues if playing audiobooks or Podcasts (Apple) though.
