Critical battery drain

Hi, It is already the second time in 3 days that my watch from battery charge 80% or even more, during activity it turns off. When I try to turn it back on, the remaining battery is Critical. I have the latest firmware version. Do I need to send it for assistance? Try a hard reset? What do you recommend me to do?

If you recharge it, does the battery start counting continuously from 0 to 100?

If that doesn't work do a full reset.

If still not sorted contact Garmin Support directly.

I had this issue for the first time 2 weeks ago during a round of golf. Charge was 95% before then dropped to critical by the 12th

After I recharged the device I restarted it multiple times (soft off / on)

Have played 3 times since, had 8 gym sessions and no repeat; I am hoping it was just a gremlin
