unable to upload activity (or manually connect my watch to my Mac)

I did a triathlon yesterday, but the data will not upload from my Epic Pro (Gen 2). It's on the watch but won't sync to Garmin connect either via Bluetooth to my phone (the normal route) or manually via Garmin express on my Mac. The watch also does not get recognised as a device in finder on my Mac (I have the USB mode enabled on the watch), so I can't manually copy the activity from the watch to my Mac? How do I enable my watch to be seen in the finder on my Mac?

Can anyone help with this please?

You need something like Android File Transfer or OpenMTP to access the files. They’re both free. When you use the app ensure Garmin Express is completely shutdown, not even running the background.

Android File Transfer app is no longer available for download. Unfortunately, there won't be an update to allow the app to be downloaded again.28 de jun. de 2024
