Epix 2 topoactive maps

Epix 2 topoactive maps will not show anything outside the Midlands of the UK when loaded with the European maps....it used to zoom straight out and back into Spain almost immediately now it's laggy until zoomed out and then once past the Midlands just shows white blank with lat and long lines.... I've reinstalled... Hard reset etc ....I'm stuck! The talky toaster osm Europe map works perfectly so I think it must be software rather than the watch? All downloading fine on Garmin express

Exactly the same for me. Uninstalled and reinstalled all variants of EU topo maps over and over onto my Epix 2. I get white screen, and long/lat lines. At least you're getting the Midlands (!). I have NOTHING. Cannot figure out what's happening. Never had this problem before.

That's good to here in but the only one.. Have sent a photo to Garmin support will keep you posted.... I'm no expert but surely it's a software problem

are you in an activity - if so all or just particular. Or are you on navigation or Maps activity. Are you using the terrain feature or not.

I am on 17.28, using the terrain feature and i tested using maps via the map activity (having waited for gps fix), I can then scroll all the way out so I can see the full UK and Europe (as I zoom out I do a couple of presses and wait for it to catch up and then go again). I can then pan all the way across Europe.I then zoomed into Switzerland using double tap.Again a couple of double taps and wait for watch to catch up with completing drawing the zoomed in map section. I zoomed in all the way to 5m with no issues, and could select POI and get detail.

For me, just in Navigation. But, I checked in an activity and the same white screen of death.
