Heart rate not monitoring.

I have owned garmin epix pro gen 2 for 3 months it was fine till now but since few days its not measuring heart rate . I have checked every settings and restarted watch multiple time .

    If you have already checked every setting and restarted the watch multiple times with no success, what do you expect any of us to tell you?

    Hello

    I am sorry to hear the HR is not reading. For this, there are a few initial troubleshooting steps to try. 

    • Are the sensor lights turning on? If not, try toggling the HR sensor off then on again. Menu, Sensors and Access, Wrist HR. Switch to off, then switch to Auto again. 
    • Is battery saver enabled? If so, try disabling this. 
    • You mentioned restarting the watch. Did you complete a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again.  
    • Check the watch menu, to ensure the sensor software versions are present. Menu, System, About, Scroll down. What are the Sensor Hub, WHR, and BMX versions. If any of these are showing as 0.00, I would recommend trying to reinstall the software version with these steps: 

    1. Hold the menu button
    2. Select System
    3. Select About
    4. Press the top left Light Button 8 times
    5. Scroll down and select the option to reinstall the software
