I don't see the point of it only shows up on the watch the day I took the nap. I know in just took the nap. the whole point is to be able to go back and see how often I take naps, after what type of workout, etc. Am I missing something?

Have look at your Body Battery, specifically the factors that affect it. In GC, you can scroll back through the days.
