Wrist Gesture only works before noon!

I have checked all settings multiple times. It is set for the left wrist, where I wear it. Wrist Gesture did show the time when I first got the Epix Pro 2 51mm a few weeks ago. I believe it is somehow interfered with by sleep mode, which I have tried to turn off. Currently using it in touch mode to view the time.

Does anyone have any experience with this? A setting I am missing perhaps?

My watch stopped responding to wrist gestures about a week ago, probably after a software update. I'm on 17.28 now. Very annoying.

If I had to guess, based on what you wrote sleep mode somehow kicks in after noon (as you suggested) and wrist gestures are disabled in your sleep mode settings. So the solution would probably be to check your sleep mode schedule, if you haven't already.

Got it back to work on mine by restarting.

Solved! I was the idiot - Sleep mode was set for 12pm to 8am. Duh! Should have been starting at 12AM...
