Epix 2 Pro gen 2 51mm doesn't show in garmin express and file explorer after 17.28 update

Hello, i have this problem, i had it too with 17.26, but it was ok after a reboot, now i must reboot after plugged the sable to my windows computer, otherwise it stay in charging screen....

A solution plz ? Thanks

    I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. Here are some steps we recommend trying to resolve this: 

    Garmin Watch Not Detected by Garmin Express on a Windows Computer 

    If there is no change, I would recommend testing this with another computer. If this is still occurring I would recommend completing a factory reset with these steps: 

    1. Ensure the watch is powered off.
      • You may need to hold LIGHTfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
    2. Press and hold BACK and START/STOP.
    3. Press LIGHT to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
    4. After the first beep release START/STOP.
    5. After the second beep release the remaining button.
