Hey, guys, i know it wasn’t possible on previous Fenixes etc. Is it possible to get the distance to show in the watch? Even the average one. Thank you.

Hello 3BEP6
Unfortunately pairing with the majority of 3rd party indoor fitness equipment is not going to be successful. For those that can get these paired, it is common to see frequent disconnects.
…If the rower will not pair — or keeps dropping the connection — I built a free Connect IQ data field for that exact gap. Row Estimate uses the activity values already available on the watch to show estimated…
If I recall right and have a Concept2 PM5, then you can connect the rower as a trainer and get pace, stroke rate and distance.
Hello 3BEP6

You are always welcome to try this connection. For this, you would search for the row machine in the watch's sensor menu. When found, select to Pair.
If this is not successful, you can use the data found on the panel of the row machine, then edit the saved activity once it is synced to the Connect app.
If the rower will not pair — or keeps dropping the connection — I built a free Connect IQ data field for that exact gap. Row Estimate uses the activity values already available on the watch to show estimated /500 m split and distance, and adds the estimated distance to the FIT activity.
It does not read the machine, so it is an estimate rather than a replacement for PM5/ErgData; there is a 50–150% calibration setting for consistency. Epix Gen 2 is supported:

I am the developer. If you try it, I would be interested in how the estimate behaves on your setup.
