Fenix 7X Pro or Epix Pro Gen 2

Hi everyone, it’s my first time to buy a watch like this and I’m thinking about Fenix 7X Pro Sapphire Solar Edition or Epix Pro Gen 2 Sapphire Edition. I’m female (105lbs) and wondering if I could buy the 47MM or need to buy the 42MM. Will the 47MM be too big for my wrist? And what’s the main difference between these two watches? How do you feel about them? Appreciate your opinion.

100% on all counts. The best Garmin I had was the fenix 6X Pro with Gorilla glass - until I started using the epix (Gen2) and then the tactix 7 AMOLED.

Perhaps a store near you has these models you can try on? REI by me did let me open a watch out of the box just to try on. If you don't have a local store that can do this, then order online the 42mm and 47mm watches. Try them on for size at home and then send back for a refund whichever one is too big.

I’ve had the Epix gen 2 since release and have never had a readability issue in the brightest of sunshine in the southern US. My old MIPS fenix 6 was even easier to read in bright sunshine, but no issues at all with the ALOLED epix. And I’d never go back to MIPS now.
