Where do you get your insights from?
Seems that "other" activities aren't updating heat acclimation either anymore. I did an "other" in 95'F (35'C) heat for 4 hours (with GPS on) and it still shows heat acclimation declined. Previously "other" activities did impact heat acclimation.
I ran within the conditions I described last Friday. And I lost acclimatation... So...
I used Trail running activities.
In this case you need to open a ticket with Garmin so that they could have a look what the problem might be.
