Altimeter drift

The height changes even though the clock is stationary. Instead of changing only the barometer, the altitude also changes. We had that problem before and now it's back again... (the settings on my epix gen 2 saphire edition are - altimeter, the night calibration is turned off software 17.23)

Was that problem ever fixed...? I always had my altitude creeping up or down when the weather changed. Even when being outside all day and having set the altimeter to auto-calibration.

But to be true, I get the same on any Apple Watch. Only difference is, that the Apple Watches eventually recalibrate whereas Garmin's recalibration doesn't seem to work.

Is the "sensor mode" set to auto?

Being outside all day does not matter When Auto Calibration is set to ON the sensor is calibrated at the start of an activity when the GPS is in operation.
