Inconsistent weather radar information, map is not loading on 17.23

Hi, the weather radar information is not showing properly on my epix pro , the map loads until some point and then stop, not even say that the play option is not available whatsoever, anyone else facing the same issue ?

Update; this is happening mainly with precipitation overlay

    Più o meno anche a me stesso problema.molto lento nel caricarsi soprattutto con poca ricezione e ci può stare..però quando metto la visualizzare delle precipitazioni li c'è un problema che mezza Italia non è visibile o meglio c'è una macchia tipo ombra da Roma a salire invece ti da la previsone

    Hi, I have exactly the same issue. It's just not working at all.

    Sometimes with wifi connection it works after several minutes.

    But at 5G connection with fantastic download rates it never worked.

    The weather widget is finally useless for me as it is now.

    Thanks finally for your post because there are some users here who just claimed that I should wait until it has loaded the maps. I have already been waiting up to 10 min. Doesn't work for me!
