Brand new epix pro (51 mm). After connecting to Garmin Express for the intial updates (now on software version 17.23), I am now seeing the following message "cannot authenticate maps. Contact the map content seller for help" Despite the message, the maps appear to work properly.

I have taken all of the listed steps in the "cannot unlock" thread without success.
