Freezing in Settings Menus After Updating to Firmware 17.23

I've updated to firmware version 17.23 and now my watch consistently freezes every single time I try to access the following settings menus:

System -> Software Update -> Check for Updates
Connectivity -> Wi-Fi -> Wi-Fi Sync

The watch freezes and becomes unresponsive, and I have to force a restart to get it working again.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
